The Technician Information in the References and Resources Section has been updated.

All requests require a registered User ID and password to login to the secure area of our web site. Registered contractors have access to the following services:

• Building or Remodeling? - Create a request to install, remove or upgrade electrical service or to look up the status of an existing request for new or upgraded service
• Track Requests - Display your active service requests, track the status of each request and view all jobs completed in the last thirty days
• Siding or Painting? - Request installation or removal of electrical protective covering for your safety while working near electrical lines.
• Streetlights - Report a streetlight or private outdoor rental light that is out or malfunctioning, and track the status of its repair.
• Tree Trimming - Requesting tree trimming work or comment on the tree work performed on your property.
• Your Personal Templates for Electric Service - Design up to five personal templates for entering multiple electric service requests, create a request using an existing template or modify your template information.
• Edit Profile - Update your business and personal information
• How to register to take advantage of the services offered.
• References and Resources - Technical and support information and FAQs.
