The listed documents are a complete set of CL&P Tariffs, Riders, and Adjustments applicable to retail electric service as approved by the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA) in Docket No. 14-01-01, by Letter Ruling dated August 22, 2014, effective October 1, 2014.

Optional Rate for Small General Service Customers.

Rate 29 Outdoor Recreational Lighting Service (PDF)
Optional for Lighting Only between 7 PM and 7 AM.

Rate 39 Large Interruptible Service (PDF)
(Closed) Customers with at least 2000 kW interruptible load. Interruptions are based on reliability. - Closed to new applicants effective 2/5/99.

Rate 40 Small Church and School Electric Service (PDF)
(Closed) Open only to existing customers on Rates 40 and 41 with Annual Maximum Demands less than 350 kW, Non-Profit Schools only. - Closed to new applicants.

Rate 41 Large Church and School Electric Service (PDF)
(Closed) Mandatory Time-Of-Day for Customers with Annual Maximum Demands greater than or equal to 350 kW, Non-Profit Schools only, open only to existing customers on Rates 40 and 41. - Closed to new applicants.

Rate 55 Intermediate Time-Of-Day Electric Service Manufacturers (PDF)
Mandatory for Customers with Annual Maximum Demands greater than or equal to 350 kW but less than 1000 kW. Sales Tax Exempt Industrial Customers only.

Rate 56 Intermediate Time-Of-Day Electric Service Non-Manufacturers (PDF)
Mandatory for Customers with Annual Maximum Demands greater than or equal to 350 kW but less than 1000 kW. Non-Sales Tax Exempt C&I Customers and large governmental, educational, and religious institutions.

Rate 116 Street and Security Lighting (PDF)
Road and Parking Lighting using Company Owned Equipment and Poles, Unmetered.

Rate 117 Partial Street Lighting Service (PDF)
Road and Parking Lighting using Customer Owned Poles and/or Equipment, Unmetered.

Closed Rate, A Mix of Company and Customer Ownership of Equipment and Energy.

Distributed Generation Rider (PDF)
Customers with Distributed Generation load who receive electric service under a firm service rate that includes a distribution demand ratchet.

Rate 980 Non-firm Power Purchase (PDF)
Customers with excess energy to sell to the Company, in conjunction with, or without, Firm Power Purchase Contract.

Mandatory Reduction Rider (PDF)
(Closed) This Rider is a mandatory requirement for all customers on Intermediate Interruptible Service Rate 21 and Large Interruptible Service Rate 39, both of which are closed to new customers.

Rider N - Class I (PDF)
Available to any Class I renewable energy resource or hydropower facility whose generating capacity is less than or equal to 2,000 kW.

Rider N - Non-class I (PDF)
Available to any Qualifying Facility whose installed capacity is less than 50 kW, or if fueled by a non-Class I renewable resource is less than 500 kW.
