GSC/EAC/FMCC: reflects the most of the cost of procuring energy from CL&P's wholesale suppliers the Generation Services Charge (GSC), Energy Adjustment Clause (EAC) and Federally Mandated Congestion Charge (FMCC) -- Generation, a federally mandated charge relating to the supply of electricity.
