CL&P’s Power Transfer Program will save you time and trouble by keeping the power on when your tenants notify CL&P they are vacating your rental property. We will obtain a meter reading and keep the power connected, billing you directly for service used during the time between tenants. When your new tenants are ready to move in, just ask them to call us a couple of days in advance to have the service transferred into their name.
