Power Transfer Program for Landlords
Many landlords and property managers like to determine the status of the electricity when a tenant moves.

The Power Transfer Program gives you the power to determine if the electricity will remain on or be disconnected in your rental properties in between tenants. You can set up an agreement which will automatically transfer the service into your name between tenants or disconnect. When your tenant advises CL&P they are moving out, we will automatically take the action you have selected.
