Residential New Construction
CL&P's Residential New Construction Program offers incentives for energy-efficient measures and high-efficiency equipment in new construction. Program participants are required to submit a ResCheck report with the Program Rebate Application, demonstrating that the home is code compliant. Homes achieve the greatest level of energy efficiency through the use of reliable, advanced building techniques and high-quality materials. Through the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund (CEEF) and CL&P, you can build the home of your dreams and earn incentives for installing energy-efficient measures. You may also qualify for federal tax credits for installing energy-efficient measures in your home.
For more information about CL&P's Residential New Construction Rebate program and to obtain a Rebate Application, contact Laurie Bartnicki at (860) 832-4754 or e-mail bartnlj@nu.com.
