Benefits: To reduce energy consumption by providing technical assistance and incentives to perform maintenance procedures on HVAC and industrial production systems.

Eligibility: All C&I customers. This program is not intended for: (1) normal preventive maintenance; (2) repetitive procedures for a customer on a regular basis; or (3) to subsidize major equipment purchases.

Incentive Strategy: CL&P will pay 50% of the cost for analysis and up to 50% for the installation of all identified measures. CL&P will reimburse the customers 50% of the analysis cost, contingent upon the installation of CL&P's recommended energy-efficiency measures.
