The programs offer CL&P business customers an opportunity to improve the energy efficiency of their stores or buildings.
Through rebates, we encourage customers to retrofit older lighting and replace motors and heating/cooling equipment with newer equipment that provides the same – or sometimes better – lighting and comfort while lowering energy use.
The rebates are fixed amounts, provided on a per-unit basis. They are paid directly to customers after they install pre-designated measures using qualified, licensed contractors.
