We at CL&P provide noncustomer-specific, nonpublic information to electricity suppliers in a nondiscriminatory manner. This includes information about our purchases, operations, load and customer counts in specific classes, and electricity-related goods and services. If we are providing such information to our affiliates, we are hereby simultaneously offering the same to any electricity supplier with the same terms and conditions.
