We at CL&P give electricity suppliers access to our transmission and distribution facilities in a nondiscriminatory manner. If we are offering supply, capacity, or related services and information to our affiliates, we hereby simultaneously offer the same to any electricity supplier.

Listed below are all such offers CL&P has made to its unregulated affiliates.
