Midnight Turn-off Option Street Lights Form:(PDF) Do you have street lights on your property? Reduce energy consumption by turning off your street lights around midnight. You may qualify to receive a rebate (Rate 116 - CL&P owned street lights and Rate 117 - customer owned street lights are eligible) with the installation of a programmable photocell that will turn off your street lights around midnight until dusk the next day.
