How to Apply

The following criteria are taken into account when evaluating grant requests:

  • Objectives that fit within our priority areas
  • Potential impact on the community
  • A focus on underserved populations within our service areas
  • Potential for employee participation
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in program delivery and leadership within the community/region.

Applications for Community Investments grants are reviewed quarterly:

  • 1st quarter applications must be submitted by January 24. You will be notified of our funding decision by April 4, 2011.
  • 2nd quarter applications must be submitted by April 4. You will be notified of our funding decision by June 27, 2011.
  • 3rd quarter applications must be submitted by August 1. You will be notified of our funding decision by October 3, 2011.
  • 4th quarter applications must be submitted by October 24. You will be notified of our funding decision by December 19, 2011.

All requests must be submitted through our online application.

Approved grant recipients must submit annual progress reports. (Word) All grant recipients must submit a final report within three months of the completion of the project.
