This web site will provide you with the basic information needed to submit an application to CL&P to attach your facilities to our poles.  Prior to submitting any applications, you must be certified by the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA) and have a signed Pole Attachment License Agreement with CL&P.

As of March 26, 2012, we are no longer accepting paper license application requests.  You need to register with our new web based application, NOTIFY.
