Third Party Attachments
This web site will provide you with the basic information needed to submit an application to CL&P to attach your facilities to our poles. Prior to submitting any applications, you must be certified by the Connecticut Department of Public Utility Control and have a signed Pole Attachment License Agreement with CL&P.
When submitting an application, we require:
- Appropriate request forms, filled out completely, signed, and dated.
- Any additional information you feel may help in identifying and completing this application.
- Any fees or deposits are required prior to commencement of our work.
By ensuring the information you submit is accurate, complete, and legible; you can eliminate initial delays and misinterpreted requirements.
