Small C&I Loans: Interest-free loans for small industrial manufacturers or commercial customers who implement eligible electric energy-savings measures.

Municipal & Small Business Loans: Interest-free loans for municipalities and small businesses who implement eligible electric energy-savings measures.

Non CL&P Loans: Interest-free and/or reduced interest rate opportunities exist to receive financing on energy efficiency projects. For example, Public Act 05-01 (An Act Concerning Energy Independence) established financing opportunities for businesses to implement conservation and load management measures.
